Who runs it
Curb Agency LLC, a Lake County company based in Round Lake, Illinois. We build local services that connect residents with vetted businesses. This site exists because when we looked at who shows up when you search for hoarding help in Lake County, the answer was mostly national lead-sellers and out-of-state franchises with templated pages.
How a call is handled
- The number on this site forwards to one insured Lake County cleanup company. Not a bidding pool, not five companies — one, exclusively.
- An automated assistant answers, any hour, and tells you it's an assistant. It takes the basics — town, what's going on, when to call you back. - No lecturing, no shaming, no using the word "hoarder" in front of the resident.
What we are not
We don't hold cleaning, biohazard or waste-hauling credentials ourselves and we don't do the work. We don't have a Google Business listing as a cleanup company, because we aren't one. We don't sell your information to anyone; it goes to the partner company handling your request and nowhere else.
How we make money
The partner company pays us for the calls and form requests this site sends them. You pay nothing to use the site, and the partner company's prices are the same whether you found them here or anywhere else.
