This site is operated by Curb Agency LLC ("we"), 227 W Prairie Walk Ln, Round Lake, IL 60073. It is a referral service that connects people in Lake County, Illinois with a partner cleanup company.
What we collect
- Phone calls. The number on this site is answered by an automated assistant (built on Retell AI) that tells you it is an assistant. The call is recorded and transcribed, and we keep your phone number, the time, the transcript, and the details you give the assistant (name, town, situation, callback time). If you are connected live to the partner company, that part of the call is recorded too.
- Form submissions. Your name, phone number, town, the situation you selected, and anything you write in the details box.
- Site usage. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). If you arrived from an advertisement, a cookie notes that so we know the ad worked.
How we use it
- To connect you with the partner cleanup company. Your call is forwarded to them live; form submissions are emailed to them.
- To check that the partner company answers promptly and treats people well, and to resolve disputes about a call.
- To bill the partner company for the calls and requests we send them. Billing uses call time and phone number, not the content of the call.
Who we share it with
The partner cleanup company handling your request. Our service providers for the phone assistant (Retell AI), email (Resend) and hosting (Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf. Nobody else. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Call recordings and transcriptions are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Form submissions are kept for 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your recording or submission at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you'd rather not be recorded, you can use the form instead of calling.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
