What this site is

Lake County Cleanouts is a referral service operated by Curb Agency LLC. We connect you with an independent cleanup company (the "partner company"). We are not that company, we do not perform cleanup, remediation or hauling, and we do not hold licenses or certifications for that work.

The work is between you and the partner company

Any quote, contract, warranty, insurance and the work itself are provided by the partner company and are their responsibility. We are not a party to that agreement and are not liable for the partner company's work, pricing, scheduling or conduct. We do vet partner companies and we want to hear if one falls short — email [email protected].
